As the Office Administrator at Highlands Foot & Ankle, I am the go-to person for resolving challenges and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Since joining the team in 2000, when we first opened our doors in Virginia, I have embraced wearing many hats to support both our staff and patients.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, I made the move to Waco to be closer to family, where I continue to bring my dedication and expertise to the office every day. While my busy schedule leaves little room for hobbies, I always prioritize my work! At home, I share my life with two wonderfully spoiled dogs, Piper and Riley, who add joy to my world.

Loren has been a dedicated member of the Highlands Foot & Ankle team since 2018. A proud graduate of Tarleton State University, Loren balances managing the clinic staff and a busy family life. As a parent of two energetic kids, there’s never a dull moment at home, especially with three playful dogs- Shiner, Radar, and Copper- and three curious cats- Jinx, Nyx, and Mitzi- keeping the household lively.

When not at work or managing family chaos, Loren enjoys spending quality time with family friends, whether it’s camping at the lake or diving into a good book. With a passion for both adventure and relaxation, Loren cherished the moments shared with loved ones.

Born and raised in Waco, Chloe is currently enrolled in medical assistant classes and excited to begin her journey in the healthcare field. With a genuine passion for helping others, she is driven by a heart for service and a desire to make a positive impact in patients' lives. Outside the clinic, Chloe enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and surrounding herself with all things yellow—her favorite color that reflects her bright and cheerful personality.
